Detailed Product Description

 

AWS E7016 is a kind of  carbon steel electrode with low hydrogen potassium coating, used in all position welding with both AC and DC current. Good mechanical properties and crack resistance capacity can be obtained from the deposited metal.

    Chemical composition of the deposited metal(%):

C≤0.12  Mn≤1.6   Si≤0.75  S≤0.035  P≤0.04

Mechanical properties of the deposited metal(%):

                    σ_b ≥ 490MPa               σ_s  ≥400MPa                  δ₅   ≥ 22          A_KV ^{(J) -30  'C}     ≥27
